Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Line Rush ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your iOS device for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its servers
- Use cheats, exploits, or automation software
In-App Purchases
The App may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. All sales are final unless required by law.
User Accounts
If you use Apple Game Center with the App, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Intellectual Property
The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or logos without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
